How to use and set up different types of flow elements?

The configurator in the studio is the tool to craft your flow structure. The basics for setting up a flow is described here.

  1. Text: To add a text box, and when created, you can write directly in the box. You also have some text options by using the box shown when clicking the text box. Here you can add bold text, change the text color, etc.

  2. Picture: Add an image to your flow by adding this element. Then you can either drag and drop a photo or upload it directly from your computer by clicking on the "Upload box".
  3. Survey: When adding a survey, your next step is based on two options: Create a new survey or use an existing one. The existing survey list includes all surveys connected to your brand.
When creating a new, you get more options:
        1. Survey name: The name used for the survey internally in your company. (Will not be shown to end users.)
        2. Question: The question you want to ask your customer
        3. Response alternatives: Here you can add up to 5 response alternatives. By clicking the six dots on the left side, you can switch the order of the alternatives, and by clicking the garnish icon you delete the response alternative.
        4. Next step: When clicking the next step, you'll get the option to say if the survey should be rewarded or not. If you set it as "Standard", you can still reward the whole flow at the end of the conversation. If you want to reward each question, please connect with your contact person in SMOC for more information.
        5. When you are done with all the steps, click "Create".

Under the survey options, you also have a toggle option to "Activate survey design without response percentage". This means that you have a simple view of the survey. If this is not activated, the end user will be able to see the percentage of how many have responded what to the different response alternatives. When turning this on, you'll get another option; If you turn on the option "This question can be answered only once", it means that once the end user has answered the question, they will not be able to change or modify their response. This can be useful in situations where you want to ensure that the responses are final and cannot be altered.

  4. Reward Promo: When you add a Reward Promo, you have the option to either create a new reward promotion or use an existing one.
